You just have to focus on yourself and your goals instead of those around
you. I've only been working out for two years and I'm nowhere close to
having the physique I want and I'm still learning new things; but because
working out has become a part of my lifestyle I just eventually got over
it. I still have moments where I'm sitting in the gym thinking "dang, I'm
such a scrawny motherfucker" but I know that with dedication and time
everything will pay off.

I had to deal with that when i started lifting. My friend gave me the bar
with a 35 on each side. And I got about 5 shaky reps in. 115 lbs. I could
see him holding in his laugh. But before I knew it, I was hitting the gym
every day, and when I got back into town, nobody could believe how big I
had gotten. I had gained 25 lbs of muscle (Coming up from 145 lbs), but I
couldn't tell working out with bigger guys. But I focused on my own gains.
And got on my way.
