I had to deal with that when i started lifting. My friend gave me the bar
with a 35 on each side. And I got about 5 shaky reps in. 115 lbs. I could
see him holding in his laugh. But before I knew it, I was hitting the gym
every day, and when I got back into town, nobody could believe how big I
had gotten. I had gained 25 lbs of muscle (Coming up from 145 lbs), but I
couldn't tell working out with bigger guys. But I focused on my own gains.
And got on my way.

I'm VERY inconsistent, I'm one of the weakest on my Football team, my Bench
Max is 105lb. (Well maybe a little more cuz I've gotten a little stronger)
